Accepted payment methods

  • Sofort (DACH, BE, F, IT, NL, UK)
  • Cash On Delivery (only available for shipping addresses in Germany)
Shipping/Shipping costs
  • Germany:
    Shipping within Germany is free of charge via Deutsche Post / DHL from an order value of EUR 150.00. Under EUR 150.00 order value we charge shipping costs in the amount of EUR 8.90. Delivery to a DHL Packstation is possible.
    If you choose the payment method "cash on delivery" you will be charged a flat rate of EUR 9.00 (plus EUR 8.90 shipping costs under EUR 150.00 order value)
    Of course, we can also send your order by express shipping (extra charge).

Order process - Online-Shop

1. The shopping cart - Select the products and accept them for the purchase order

Select   the products you want to order.

Just click the "Add to Cart" button at the end of the respective product description during your visit on the respective product page.
You can view, review, and change the contents of your   shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "Continue to Cart" button in the   top   line.

 

2. Use the shopping cart to checkout

Please click on the shopping cart view.

Here you can change or delete the number of selected products.
You can also go back to the cart view at any time to see more products by clicking   at the top of the   product selection menu, the desired product group or in the shopping cart on the button "Continue shopping".

To complete your purchase, select "Checkout" and follow the instructions.
 

3. Enter Customer Information


In the further course of the ordering process, you complete the order by entering the invoice address and if required a different delivery address.

The fields marked with * are required for the invoice address. If you fill in the other fields also, you make it easier for us to contact you, should questions arise about your purchase.

You can choose between the payment method of credit card (VISA / MasterCard / American Express), PayPal, SOFORT or   COD (cash on delivery only for delivery addresses in Germany).

A COD charge of EUR 3.57 will be charged for cash on delivery.

4. Send order


Clicking the "Send Order" button will finalize your order.
You will receive a confirmation to the e-mail address you provided.

Security when shopping

Your security when shopping online is our number one priority.

All the information you submit to us during the ordering process is transmitted in SSL-encrypted form.
All data will be used by us exclusively for order processing and to improve our individual service.

We do not transfer your data to third parties at any time.

Technical requirements

Our warehouse system requires a so-called "cookie" in which the order data are stored during the duration of a browser session.
The corresponding option of your browser must therefore be activated.
