and LEM/LER adapters + E-Mount lenses The ASTAT-NEX Tripod Collar Mount is a tripod mount and support made specifically for NOVOFLEX EOSM, NEX, LEM/LER lens adapters and Sony E-Mount lenses, in order to provide support for a heavy lens & adapter as they're attached to a Sony E-Mount series camera body. The collar clamps around the lens adapter and takes the weight off the lens and adapter off the camera when mounting to a tripod. The lens collar features both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded mounts as well as a mounting plate compatible with most ARCA-Swiss style quick release mechanisms.
The collar features a textured knob for tightening the ring around the lens adapter. To execute quick changes between horizontal and vertical orientation, just loosen the knob and rotate the lens adapter & camera body – the adapter is able to turn a full 360° within the collar.

For Sony E-Mount lenses, the collar comes with a second insert. Inner diameter: 61.75mm
